How Do I Get Swype?

Check to See if Your Android Device Has Swype

STEP 1Long press within a text field area.

STEP 2Select "Input Method" at bottom of the list.

STEP 3Select "Swype." You're ready to go!


If "Swype" does not appear as an option during STEP 3, your device does not have Swype pre-installed. Not to worry! You may still be able to get Swype on your Android device by installing our Swype Beta.

Nokia Users: To install Swype on your Nokia device, download Swype directly from the Ovi store.
